PARTIES & EVENT RENTAL
Book the York Area Children's Museum for your next event! YACM happily opens its doors to many parties, field trips, homeschool groups, daycares, and much more!
To book your next event at the York Area Children's Museum, please email yorkacm@gmail.com, or submit your request via the 'Contact Us' tab on our website.
In order to accommodate the many requests for event rentals, YACM requires that the adult responsible for booking the event completes a walk-through of the facility. This walk-through will prepare the renter to familiarize themselves with the museum, procedures of opening and closing, clean up, etc. This individual would then be allowed to open and close the museum for their event.
Please contact YACM at least two weeks prior to the planned event so that we can confirm that the date/time of the event is available. In addition, we will need time to coordinate the walk-through session.

Event Cost = $50 per event rental
Field Trip, Daycare, Homeschool Group, Etc. Rental Cost = $1 per child (regular admission fee)
The rental fee of the YACM is $50 per reservation, due at the time of the walk-through. A $50 cleaning fee deposit check is also due at that time. If the museum is in appropriate condition at the end of the scheduled event, the check will be voided. If the museum is in poor condition, the cleaning fee deposit check will be deposited by YACM.
There must be one adult age 16 or older for every five children in attendance. Regular capacity limits apply. Maximum capacity is 75 guests.
We require that food and drink are confined to the tables in the craft room. You will be responsible for damages and cleaning if any should occur during your party.
